At DreamEd Foundation, we are committed to delivering your orders in a smooth, reliable, and timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of both digital and physical products.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Digital Products Delivery

Products such as eBooks, courses, and PDFs are delivered electronically.

  • Delivery occurs immediately to within 24 hours via instant download link, account dashboard, or confirmation email
  • No shipping charges apply to digital products

Physical Products Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

Delivery Time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–7 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–7 business days
  • International products (dropshipped): 15–30 business days
  • International shipping (from Bangladesh): 30 business days

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and product weight. Please note that the final shipping charge may be applied upon the order being placed.

Payment & Tracking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected locations
  • Online Payment: Processed faster and given priority
  • Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided via email/SMS once physical products are shipped

International Dropshipped Products & Customs

Some products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to provide you with a wider selection of educational materials and learning tools. Please note:

  • Delivery may take 15-30 business days for international dropshipped items
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on Bangladesh customs regulations and the value of your order
  • Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • We declare accurate product values on all customs forms to ensure smooth delivery
  • Most orders under $50 USD (approximately 5,500 BDT) typically pass through customs without additional fees

Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must ensure accurate shipping addresses and phone numbers
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information, re-delivery charges may apply
  • We reserve the right to charge delivery costs for undelivered or refused orders

Local Delivery

We use trusted courier services including Steadfast for reliable delivery throughout Bangladesh.
